Fran and his wife have lived in Northfield since 2005. He was elected as Litchfield’s Treasurer in 2017. He has also been a member of the Town’s Pension Commission since 2009 and Capital Improvements Committee since 2016.

 

Fran is a Principal and Chief Compliance Officer with an independent registered investment advisory firm. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and has over 30 years of work experience in investments and banking, including experience as an analyst in the municipal finance department of a major bank in Hartford. He is a graduate of Quinnipiac College with a B.S. degree in Finance.
